گیاه نمدار (Tilia platyphyllos) از تیره Tiliaceae دارای گلهای بسیار معطر است. گلهای گیاه نامبرده در خرداد ماه از باغ گیاهشناسی ملی ایران جمعآوری شدند. کانکریت آن با استفاده از حلال هگزان استخراج گردید. پس از جدا نمودن ناخالصیهای موجود، عصاره مطلق با بازده 0.6% بدست آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل عصاره مطلق به کمک دستگاه GC/MS انجام گرفت که به شناسایی 19 ترکیب منجر شد که در مجموع 96% آن را تشکیل میدهد. ...
